How
should my monitor be set?
Our
web site is best viewed with your monitor
set to a resolution of 1024 X 768 or higher.
To change your monitor settings:
On your Windows
machine: Go to the Start Menu: Settings:
Control Panel: Panel Display: Select 1024
X 768 or higher.
On your Mac Machine:
Go to the Apple Menu: Control Panels: Monitors:
Select 1024 X 768 or higher.

How
do I order my plans from OriginalHome.com?
Place your order on-line or you may phone
us at (203) 389-8999. We accept Mastercard
and Visa or you may pay by check.
Once
I order my house plans, how long will it take
before I receive my order?
All orders are sent within 2 weeks of receipt.
We ship by USPS Priority Mail which generally
takes 2-3 days anywhere in the Continental
US. Upon request, we can ship your order via
Federal Express for an additional fee.
How
do I know you received my order?
When your order is submitted
on-line, an email confirmation will be sent
to you and to our order department.
What
if I don't like the plans and want to return
them?
