Statement of Responsibility:
We expend great care and effort in the preparation of our plans. However, we cannot provide on-site consultation or supervision and control over actual construction, nor are we able to determine local soil, climatic, or other environmental conditions in your particular building area. Therefore, Original Home, LLC will not accept responsibility for any damages related to omissions, deficiencies, or errors in our designs or drawings. We do not make any warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the use or content of our plans or the suitability for a particular geographical area. You must consult with a local design professional and/or your local building official to determine if these plans are adequate for your specific project.

Building Codes and Standards:
Our plans are intended to conform with the International Residential Code published by the International Codes Council. However, different codes, additional codes, or more recent editions of this code may apply in your area. Consult with your local building official to determine which codes will apply in your area.

Use of Plans:
All Study Plan sets and Construction Plan sets are published and distributed by Original Home, LLC. The United States Copyright Law protects the content of these plans and their architectural design. These documents may not be redrawn, duplicated, or sold without prior written authorization by Original Home, LLC. The purchaser of our Construction Plan Sets is granted permission to use these sets of plans for the construction of one single family home only. The purchase of an additional set(s) of plans does not entitle the purchaser to construct more than one house. This permission is granted to the purchaser exclusively, and may not be sold or transferred by the purchaser without prior written authorization by Original Home, LLC. Study Sets are to be used for evaluation purposes only and are not to be used for construction.

Design Modifications:
As a purchaser of an Original Home Construction Plan set, you may modify the design to suit your personal preferences. These modifications are assumed at your own risk, and should be reviewed by a design professional. However, modifications to Original Home's plans are considered "derivative works" of the original design, and are protected by the U.S. Copyright Law. Any design that is revised, or a "derivative work", may not be sold, duplicated, distributed or used to construct a second or any additional homes beyond one single family home as stipulated above, even if the plans are completely redrawn.

Returns:
Because of copyright restrictions and permissions which are granted to individual purchasers, our plans cannot be returned for credit or refund under any circumstances. Privacy:
Original Home LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will only collect information from you which is needed to process your orders or to provide you with a more convenient and complete experience. We may share aggregate statistics with other companies, but this data will contain no personal information. We reserve the right to make any changes to our privacy policy, and will provide notice of any changes in this information section of the web site.
