flowing space that extends the width of the house. The family-room ceiling
rises to two stories, and a fireplace sits against the far wall; three
windows face the deck and the back lawn. An attached mudroom wing with
laundry area offers a convenient rear entrance into the kitchen.
A main staircase with an open balustrade leads up to a second-floor
hall wide enough for furniture and open on one side to the hall below
with an overlook on the other side to the family room. The large master
bedroom looks out over the front lawn. Past two walk-in closets, the
master bath features dual vanities, a glass shower, and a platform tub.
The classic, two-story Colonial form conveys a timeless elegance, and
the Cheshire offers a second recessed entrance opening into the oversized
mudroom. Plans for this house have been carefully drawn and include
