The attached mudroom wing with a laundry area and large closet offers
a convenient rear entrance into the kitchen. A back stair provides access
to a bonus room above the garage.
A main staircase with an open balustrade leads up to the second-floor
hall which overlooks the entrance below. At one side of the house, the
master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and a master bath with
an oversize tub, dual sinks, a glass shower, and a dormer window overlooking
the front lawn. On the other side, the hall leads past a bathroom to
two additional bedrooms.
The classic1-1/2 story Cape form conveys a timeless charm, and the
Kingston offers the convenience of a second mudroom entrance. Plans

The layout combines a smooth flow and an efficient use of space. All
